Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Based in Heswall, you will manage a small team, ensure food quality, and maintain service standards across shifts within Premium Country Pubs.

You’ll work with a supportive kitchen team, enjoy flexible shifts, and have opportunities for progression as part of our growing premium pub portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about training and delivering high-quality food.
• Experience in kitchen operations and stock management.
• Able to lead a team and work within brand standards.

Responsibilities
