Job summary

Hotel Du Vin in Winchester is seeking a senior kitchen professional to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in delivering high standards and inspiring the team. The role focuses on consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a dedicated kitchen team, drive training, and contribute to menus while maintaining safety, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior kitchen role, with responsibility for delivering high standards.
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain safety and quality.
• Strong cooking skills and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistency of dishes.
• Support Head Chef in delivering menu standards and training staff.
