Job summary

Hotel du Vin in Stratford-upon-Avon seeks a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor who will be the face of our busy venue, delivering excellent service with a smile. You will coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience and lead the team across shifts.

We open seven days a year and expect flexibility with evenings and weekends. This role offers training and development with clear progression within the Malmaison & Hotel du Vin group.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Available for a range of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
