Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for our Encore location. You will lead a kitchen section, ensure brand standards are met, and coach junior colleagues to deliver top-quality dishes. You will support stock control and ordering to keep service smooth and efficient.
