Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for the Encore under Premium Country Pubs. You will run a kitchen section, train team members, and help deliver top-quality dishes that align with brand standards. The role emphasizes leadership, stock control, and chef development.

Formación

• Experience in a kitchen role, preferably as a sous chef or junior sous chef.
• Ability to maintain brand standards across all dishes.
• Comfortable leading a small kitchen section and guiding a team.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own section as kitchen team leader and develop management and leadership skills.
• Support with stock control and ordering so you’re set up for success.
• Cook to brand standards and targets on every shift.
• Assist senior chefs to deliver top‑quality dishes.
