Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our Premium Country Pubs portfolio. You will champion brand standards, cook to specification, and lead your kitchen section while supporting a cohesive team.

The role offers opportunities for leadership growth and is supported by management development and training opportunities. As part of a busy kitchen, you will help maintain high-quality service, manage stock and ordering, and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
