Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to cover the Head Chef in their absence and help lead the kitchen with the team. You will mentor junior staff and drive the delivery of authentic Southern-style BBQ across our busy grill-focused operation.

We’re looking for a JuniorSous Chef to join our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, you will be responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, as well as coaching and mentoring the team, and in doing so you will be working towards becoming a Head Chef yourself. You will be working with and leading the team to deliver authentic fresh food and deliver the very best food that our Smokehouse can offer.
