Hickory's Smokehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and to coach and mentor the team.

You will work with and lead the team to deliver authentic fresh BBQ dishes and help drive the brand's Southern-style cuisine. The role offers real progression opportunities through our award-winning Training Academy and a culture that values work-life balance.

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, you will be responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, as well as coaching and mentoring the team, and in doing so you will be working towards becoming a Head Chef yourself. You will be working with and leading the team to deliver authentic fresh food and deliver the very best food that our Smokehouse can offer. Our kitchens are not only centres of excellence for Southern style cuisine, they are also important training grounds for our talented team.
