Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and mentor the brigade. You will drive the team to deliver authentic fresh Southern-style cuisine and uphold the brand’s standards.

You will be working with and leading the team to deliver authentic fresh food and deliver the very best food that our Smokehouse can offer.
