As a Junior Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your management skills by assisting the Sous and Head Chefs with kitchen management and running the pass in the absence of senior chefs. You will be able to coach and mentor junior chefs, sharing knowledge to improve team performance and help build a fantastic kitchen team.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen management team, supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. You will showcase your passion for creating exceptional food using locally sourced, fresh ingredients to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests.
