We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and organised Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in the heart of the stunning New Forest.

Our busy, fast-paced pub with a large outdoor area is a local favourite, and we’re also part of a thriving hotel venue that hosts weddings and events year-round. No two days are the same, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a lively atmosphere.

What we're looking for:

• A motivated, reliable chef with strong organisational skills
• A team player with the right personality to complement our well-established kitchen brigade
• Someone who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for food
• Experience in high-volume kitchens or event catering is a plus
