Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef.
• Ability to demonstrate good kitchen skills with fresh ingredients.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 shifts.
• Ensure food prep is completed for each day.
• Make each dish to specification.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
• You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
