We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for executing all dishes according to our menu specifications, ensuring top-quality standards are met in every plate. Ideally, you’ll have experience in fresh food kitchens and restaurant environments, or you’ll simply have a passion for great food, making it easy for you to grasp the fundamentals quickly. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, demonstrating stamina and confidence to lead your section with clear instructions and a calm approach during busy times.
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining organisation and coordination in your station, assisting your team members, and sharing your knowledge with junior staff.
