Job summary

Oswald's is seeking a Commis Waiter in London to join our hospitality team. You will contribute to high-standard guest service by knowing the menu and service styles, while maintaining pristine table settings and mise-en-place throughout the service.

We value previous experience in a similar role and a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure unforgettable dining experiences for our members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service.
• Maintain table settings and mise-en-place standards before, during, and after service.
• Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner.

We are currently seeking a Commis Waiter to join our team at Oswald’s restaurant.

Working Hours

• 5 day working week between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
