We are looking for an experienced and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our fantastic venue.

The Role:

As Junior Sous Chef, your role will include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen.
• Being involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu compilation, developing junior members of the team, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
• Fully deputising for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
