Butcombe Group is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the UK pubs and inns. You will be at the heart of bustling kitchens, crafting memorable dining experiences and contributing to high standards of quality and presentation across stunning locations.

In this role you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, help with prep, train junior chefs, and contribute ideas to improve service. This position offers career growth in hospitality within a renowned company.

• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service during every shift.
• Assisting with food preparation and maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring it is organised, clean and ready for service.
• Helping to train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contributing new ideas and embracing opportunities to learn and develop your culinary skills.
• Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
• Stepping up when needed and playing an active role in the success of the kitchen team.
