Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Cambridge is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and to coach and mentor the team. You will work with and lead the brigade to deliver authentic Southern-style BBQ and fresh dishes, while upholding our standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You will oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Coach and mentor the brigade to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Lead and collaborate with the team to maintain standards.

You will be working with and leading the team to deliver authentic fresh food and deliver the very best food that our Smokehouse can offer.
