Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Passionate about maintaining high standards of food and service.
• Ability to oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Step up and cover for the Sous Chef and Head Chef when not on shift.

It’s time to turn up the heat in our kitchen!Leading by example, you’ll ensure hot, quality food that you and the team can be proud of gets presented to the pass each and every time.

As Junior Sous Chef you’ll:Be right in the action in our kitchen, right hand to our Sous Chef and Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
