Key Responsibilities

• Learn about wines and provide recommendations to guests, suggesting wine pairings to enhance their dining experience.
• Support the senior sommelier team in daily operations and during special events.
• Attend regular tastings and educational sessions to expand your wine knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to contribute to the restaurant's overall success.

Requirements

• A passion for wine and a desire to develop a career as a sommelier.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in wine service.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of wine regions and varietals is advantageous.
