Title:

Junior Service Engineer - Chemical Water Treatment

Package:

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle + 10% pension

Area to be covered:

United Kingdom (based in the Midlands)

Responsibilities:

1. Commission, repair, and ensure maintenance visits of water treatment equipment.
2. Write intervention reports.
3. Participate in and/or perform equipment installation and start-up.
4. Provide field customer service.
5. Conduct installation works.
6. Assist account managers in maintaining existing customers.
7. Provide technical consulting to existing and potential customers.
8. Identify revenue opportunities and transfer leads to the Account Manager.

Requirements:

1. At the beginning of your career with an engineering degree or relevant experience.
2. Ideally 2 years of experience in B2B Water Treatment, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
3. Good knowledge and experience in working with customers and operators of process chemicals and/or water treatment systems.
4. A degree with water treatment experience is advantageous but not essential.
5. Commercial experience.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
7. Driving license is mandatory.
8. Strong communication skills.
