Key Responsibilities

The Role

  • Achieve sales targets including revenue, new customers, renewal contracts, and other KPIs set by your manager.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold and warm calls, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for new customers, including one-off sales and new contracts.
  • Follow the NCH Sales Process, “Gears of Selling,” ensuring thorough knowledge and application to present NCH Europe professionally.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize system efficiencies through innovative solutions.
  • Manage customer orders using relevant technology, adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, obtain referrals, and promote confidentiality and company image.
  • Work closely with technical teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide first-class customer service, ensuring accuracy in data entry within the CRM system.
  • Perform service activities as per business needs and contract terms.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure wellbeing.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

We are looking for:

  • Experience in customer contact, sales, and technical roles.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and contract business culture is advantageous (experience in new business, industrial preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, influencing ability, and experience in face-to-face or phone interactions.
  • Good planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple demands effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tablets, apps, CRM, and sales systems (optional but preferred).
  • Valid UK driving license.
