Job summary

Hales Group Ltd is seeking a Junior Service Engineer to join our London team. You will gain hands-on experience servicing CCTV, Access Control and IP technology while receiving structured training and support from senior engineers.

You'll learn to service, maintain and support security systems across diverse sites in London, with a clear training pathway and long-term career development within the electronic security industry.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology and electronics.
• Experience in electronics or engineering is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing and maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Support experienced engineers with fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of electronic security systems.
• Learn to use specialist diagnostic equipment.
• Work across multiple customer sites in London.
• Develop knowledge of IP technology, structured cabling and security systems.
• Follow work plans to complete jobs to a high standard.
• Maintain health and safety on customer sites.
• Provide a professional service and ongoing training.
