Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Security Service Engineer to service and maintain CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems across London and surrounding areas. The role offers on-site field-based work with a focus on fault-finding, repair and customer-facing service on commercial and enterprise sites.

Structured manufacturer training on Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000 and Genetec supports progression into enterprise security systems, with a strong emphasis on high-end solutions and compliance.

Qualifications

Experience as a Security Engineer, CCTV Engineer, Access Control Engineer or Fire & Security Engineer.
Strong background in CCTV, Access Control or Intruder Alarm systems.

Responsibilities

Service and maintenance of IP CCTV systems
Fault-finding and repair of Access Control systems
Service and maintenance of Intruder Alarm systems
Field-based service role covering multiple customer sites across London
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance
Providing excellent customer service and communication
Accurate completion of service reports and documentation
