Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to cover CCTV, Access Control and integrated security across South and East London. You will manage a defined portfolio, deliver high standards of service, and drive performance for key accounts.

The role offers a £35,000-£40,000 base plus uncapped commission with OTE £45,000-£55,000, plus a company vehicle, ongoing training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the Electronic Security industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and integrated security systems.
• Experience working with IP-based security technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, fault-find, and repair CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security systems.
• Manage the technical and operational lifecycle of assigned client accounts within the designated area.
• Plan and organise your own workload and diary to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance visits across commercial sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical point of contact.
• Support system upgrades, technology refreshes, and implementation of new IP-based security solutions.
• Work closely with the Operations Support Team and Senior Management to ensure customer satisfaction and account performance.

Typically, this person will be responsible for the engineering, maintenance, technical support, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security systems across South and East London. The successful candidate will manage their own area, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service whilst maintaining operational and technical performance across key accounts.

Working Hours & Package:

• Basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
