Job summary

Rapid7 seeks an Associate Sales Engineer to join its pre-sales team. You will build foundational expertise in Rapid7's security platform and support early-stage sales opportunities, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.

In this role, you will work with Sales and BDR teams, contribute to RFI/RFP responses, and create foundational content to enable customer engagements. A strong technical background and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and communicate the value of Rapid7's platform throughout the sales cycle.
Support early-stage sales opportunities with timely technical answers.
Conduct high-level platform demonstrations for prospects.
Assist with RFI/RFP processes by contributing technical documentation.
Develop technical content including demonstration videos and solution briefs.
Provide technical support to SDR teams and other stakeholders.
Assist the Inbound Chat Agent with technical queries.
