Training is provided and performance incentives are uncapped. The position offers a competitive base of £27,000 plus uncapped commission, with clear progression paths into higher sales roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or telephone roles is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
