Job summary

Flourish in Rusper is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Representative. You’ll start with a £35,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and a fast track to more senior roles through structured training and ongoing coaching.

The role is office-based, five days a week, with a supportive environment to learn and grow. No prior sales experience is required; you could come from retail, hospitality, customer service or other people-facing roles.

• Reaching out to prospective business customers and opening new conversations
