The purpose of the role is to support sales effectiveness and business performance through data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for closing sales opportunities in the system upon receipt of customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation is uploaded, archived, and maintained in line with internal processes
  • Support the processing of sales commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs
  • Assist sales operations team with forecasting through accurate data collection and analysis
  • Help track sales team KPIs and performance metrics
  • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Maintain and manage sales & customer records within CRM database, admin work
  • Undertake projects/tasks assigned by the Sales Operations Manager
Qualifications

System Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office –intermediate proficiency, especially Excel.
  • CRM Systems – Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
