Job summary

Flourish is launching a Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme in the United Kingdom, offering hands-on experience across the full sales cycle. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, gain a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification and earn a competitive base salary from day one.

There is no personal revenue target in the apprenticeship; instead, focus is on development, mentorship and building the foundation for a long, successful sales career with clear progression into Strategic Accounts.

We're investing heavily in the next generation of sales professionals and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on commercial experience, earn a competitive salary from day one, and achieve a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.

Unlike many entry-level sales roles, you won't carry a personal revenue target during your apprenticeship. Instead, the focus will be on learning, development and building the skills needed for a long-term, successful career in sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain exposure to the full sales cycle and learn how high-performing commercial teams operate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers


• Supporting account management and business development activities


• Researching prospective organisations and identifying opportunities
