Job summary

Flourish is launching a Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme in the West of England. The role offers hands-on commercial experience, a base salary of £28,000, and eligibility for an Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.

You will learn through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior sales leaders. You’ll build relationships, support account management, and conduct outreach across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support account management and business development activities.
• Research prospective organisations and identify opportunities.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Attend customer meetings and learn consultative selling techniques.
• Support proposals, presentations and customer reviews.
• Maintain CRM records and sales data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.

We're investing heavily in the next generation of sales professionals and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on commercial experience, earn a competitive salary from day one, and achieve a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.

Unlike many entry‑level sales roles, you won't carry a personal revenue target during your apprenticeship. Instead, the focus will be on learning, development and building the skills needed for a long‑term, successful career in sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain exposure to the full sales cycle and learn how high‑performing commercial teams operate.

Your responsibilities will include:
