Job summary

Flourish in Lincoln is launching a Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme designed to kick-start your career in sales. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the full sales cycle, focus on learning and development, and build the skills needed for a long-term career in sales without a personal revenue target during the apprenticeship.

• Maintain CRM records and manage sales data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams.

Unlike many entry‑level sales roles, you won't carry a personal revenue target during your apprenticeship. Instead, the focus will be on learning, development and building the skills needed for a long‑term, successful career in sales.
