New & Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive - Would Suit School or College Leaver

Excellent Salary + Commission

No Experience Necessary! If you're a confident communicator and enjoy the challenge of working towards targets, then this role may be perfect for you. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to manage a range of new and existing customers, striving to maintain good relationships with existing clients and gaining repeat business wherever possible.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll need to:

  • Work in assistance with the sales manager and sales associates.
  • Build good working relationships.
  • Actively seek new prospects and leads.
  • Understand the needs of your business customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets, attend team meetings, and share best practices with colleagues.
