About Us

We are a growing serviced apartments company offering high-quality, fully furnished accommodations for corporate and leisure travelers. Our mission is to provide comfortable, cost-effective, and convenient stays for our guests. We are now seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and leisure travel sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and other potential partners.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or travel industries.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the serviced apartments or hospitality industry is a plus.
