What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and research prospective accounts that align with the employer's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build and maintain segmented prospect lists across various industries and geographies
- Execute outbound sales initiatives including cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls
- Qualify outbound leads through discovery questions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Report on weekly KPIs including meetings booked and lead conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related field (SaaS or healthcare/occupational health background preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, and LinkedIn
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy
