Role Details

Position: Business Development Executive (Remote, residing in Austin, TX)

Compensation: $25/hr + commission, approximately 10 hours/week, with potential to scale. Starts June 2025.

Role Description

We aim to expand our presence in Austin and become the leading sales recruiting solution in the area. You will proactively book qualified meetings for our founder with potential clients, handle inbound leads, drive outbound campaigns, and attend networking events in Austin.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on our ideal client criteria and book meetings for the founder.
  • Manage relationships and update CRM (Pipedrive) with outreach activities.
  • Create proposals using our in-house tool to facilitate client onboarding.
  • Support outbound lead generation campaigns and optimize messaging and targeting.
  • Attend 1-2 networking events weekly in Austin with the founder.
Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate networker familiar with Austin’s business scene.
  • Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or SDR/AE roles (3+ years preferred).
  • Bonus: Existing relationships within Austin’s business community or experience as a founder/solopreneur.
  • Excellent communicator, confident in calls and emails, organized, resourceful, and persistent.
  • Familiar with sales tools like Lemlist, Pipedrive, etc.
  • Bonus: Interest in no-code/low-code, micro SaaS, AI, and building products.
