Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Client Success Associate to support onboarding, manage a small client portfolio, and drive adoption of gifting and branded merchandise solutions.

You’ll learn the platform, train clients, and actively use Reachdesk for gifting programs. As you ramp, you’ll move into the commercial side, selling gifting solutions through expertise and outcome-based recommendations to drive spend and client goals.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early in your career with an interest in SaaS, client success, account management, or sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across your portfolio.
• Build relationships with Sales and Marketing to uncover opportunities and develop gifting strategies.
• Develop strategic client roadmaps to justify long-term investment.
• Lead conversations on gifting best practices to increase spend and ROI.
• Advise platform admins on using Reachdesk for campaigns and adoption.
