Deverell Smith Ltd is partnering with a high-growth operator in the Build to Rent single-family housing sector to recruit a Junior Resident Services Manager.

You will support the full resident lifecycle from move-in through renewal and move-out, working with the Resident Services Team Manager and wider operations to handle tenancy administration, queries, compliance and end-of-tenancy tasks. This development-focused role offers growth within residential property and tenancy management.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or tenancy administration.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full resident lifecycle, including move-ins, renewals and move-outs.
• Assist with tenancy administration and resident queries.
• Coordinate end-of-tenancy processes, inspections and communications.
• Handle compliance with relevant tenancy legislation and records.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Lettings and Aftercare teams.
• Assist with reporting and data analysis to improve service delivery.
