Job summary

Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a growing Build to Rent platform in Reading. You will support day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential properties and coordinate repairs with contractors and residents.

This role offers hybrid working (1 day from home), a 9:00am-5:30pm schedule, and a 28,000-30,000 basic salary with a bonus scheme. You'll develop your career by working with operational teams and gaining hands-on experience in property

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property, maintenance coordination or related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using systems, data and reporting tools.
• Interest in pursuing ARLA qualifications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Manage resident enquiries and maintenance requests.
• Liaise with contractors and field teams to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate property and maintenance records and assist with reporting.
