Job Opportunity: Data Relationship Manager at With Intelligence

With Intelligence is a global provider of data for the asset management industry, offering a platform connecting investors and managers to essential data and insights for raising and allocating funds.

We are seeking a results-driven Data Relationship Manager to join our newly formed commercial team. In this role, you will build relationships with fund managers and asset allocators to acquire valuable, proprietary data. Your responsibilities include identifying and retaining potential new business, initiating outreach, and nurturing relationships through the data acquisition process.

This position is ideal for an engaging, self-motivated individual with a commercial mindset. It offers a great opportunity to contribute to our team's growth, provide vital data connections, and foster a relationship-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential data clients within the alternative asset management industry using various tools and internal resources.
  2. Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospects and clients via emails, calls, and other channels, demonstrating our platform and explaining the data submission process.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning With Intelligence as a trusted data partner.
  4. Lead Handoff: Collaborate with data processing teams to ensure smooth lead transfer and provide ongoing client support.
  5. Sales Enablement: Stay informed about our products, services, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  6. Reporting: Keep accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM, providing regular updates to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Energetic, personable, confident, and enthusiastic
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prospects with attention to detail
  • Technical knowledge of industry, products, and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Language skills are a bonus but not required
