You will screen CVs, source candidates, place adverts, and manage the ATS, while assisting with onboarding and providing essential administrative support.

We offer a starting salary of £24,000, monthly performance bonuses, 23 days leave, birthday leave, pension and ongoing training in a collaborative, fast‑growing environment.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM.
• Great at multitasking.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work.
