Pinson TM Limited in Dartford is seeking a proactive Junior Recruitment Consultant to own the full 360-degree recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment. You will blend business development with candidate management, sourcing and screening candidates, and administering systems.

The role offers a clear path to high earnings through an uncapped commission structure, with a £24,000 base salary and on-target earnings between £37,000 and £40,000 in your first year.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales environment.
• 1 year of experience in the traffic management industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM system.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work.
