Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking a junior Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading national practice in Cambridge, focusing on high-quality development work.

You will assist on development projects, draft option agreements and related documents, conduct title reviews and due diligence, and support landlord and tenant work, with mentoring and clear progression. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• PQE up to 2 years with commercial real estate experience.
• Solid foundation in property law and development-focused knowledge.
• Strong drafting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, with ability to manage deadlines and workstreams.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to using legal tech to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist on significant development projects including acquisitions, disposals and strategic land arrangements.
• Prepare and negotiate option agreements, conditional contracts and related property documents.
• Undertake title reviews, due diligence, searches and pre-contract enquiries with clear reporting.
• Support broader commercial property work including leases and landlord/tenant matters.
• Collaborate with planning, construction and other teams to progress transactions efficiently.
