Job summary

A Cambridge-based firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its established team. You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload across commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development matters.

You'll work closely with a diverse client base, provide clear, commercial advice, and have opportunities for career development within a collaborative real estate practice in Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in real estate/commercial property law.
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial property and landlord & tenant matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

You'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload across a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters, and asset management. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and support within a collaborative and growing real estate team.
