Job summary

QED Legal is recruiting a Junior Real Estate Solicitor in Manchester City Centre (Spinningfields) with hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home). The role suits a solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property, offering a clear path to progression within a growing firm.

You will manage own files, receive mentoring from senior lawyers, and work on acquisitions, development projects, leases, and portfolio matters for a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 1–3 years' PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property.
• Experience handling commercial property transactions with supervision.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage own files with mentoring support.
• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Oversee development transactions and land matters.
• Liaise on landlord and tenant matters and leases.
• Involve in property finance and portfolio management.
