Gateley in Nottingham is seeking a junior Solicitor (0–2 PQE) to join the Real Estate Development team. You will support a range of development projects from land assembly to funding, with direct collaboration with experienced lawyers and exposure to clients with significant commercial impact.

You will work on developments across commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes, and contribute to strategic land, investment portfolios and asset management matters, developing commercial judgement

Competenze

Qualified, or expecting to qualify, as a solicitor in England & Wales.
0–2 PQE preferred for this junior role in Real Estate Development.

Mansioni

Advise on commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
Support strategic land transactions including promotion, option and collaboration agreements.
Assist with site assembly, acquisitions, disposals and regeneration projects.
Draft and negotiate leases, licences and other asset management documentation.
Draft and negotiate development agreements, joint ventures and profit share arrangements.
Advise on development finance, forward funding, investment and pre-let transactions.
Undertake due diligence and manage aspects of transactions.
