Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on residential and care-home schemes from office and site. You will assist with valuations, cost control, and subcontractor packages while partnering with Site and Contracts teams.

Hybrid pattern begins after probation, with structured progression and training. A full UK driving licence is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Assistant/Junior QS with some site experience.
• Background in housing, apartments or care homes is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuations, cost control and subcontractor administration on live residential schemes.
• Provide day-to-day commercial support on site and in the office.
• Work closely with Site and Contracts teams; support progression and development.
