There’s a clear path for progression within a long-established contractor. Salary ranges £55,000–£65,000 plus car allowance, private healthcare, enhanced pension and a strong bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveyor from a Civils or Construction background.
• Manage subcontractor packages, applications and payments.
• Monthly client applications and pricing/quotations for variations.
• Opportunity to get involved in estimating too.
