Job summary

SRG is recruiting a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their established engineering and construction business in County Durham. This role is ideal for a Graduate, Assistant or Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career and gain exposure to a variety of projects.

You will support the commercial team, assist with valuations and cost reporting, help manage subcontractor procurement, and maintain project documentation while liaising with project managers, clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial support role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
