Job summary

Bimplus in Leeds is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join an established construction company. This role offers an excellent start for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate to gain practical commercial experience on live projects.

You will work with experienced QSs and the commercial team, receive training, and develop knowledge in cost management, procurement, valuations and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related construction discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

We are recruiting for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join an established construction company based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate who is looking to begin their career within the construction industry and gain practical commercial experience on live projects.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous construction experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training and support will be provided.

Package

Salary: £28,000 per annum
