Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

Department: Professional Services

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Milton Keynes

Compensation: £26,000 - £28,000 / year


Description

We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be undertaking manual testing of product implementation and bespoke designs to ensure all the work delivered to customers inspires confidence in our products and ability.

This role would be ideal for someone who has experience in manual testing but also has a keen eye to improve QA process and ultimately enhance the customer experience.

There are significant and exciting technological developments in progress at present, so this is also a role that comes with great future opportunities. You’ll be able to rely on the support and helpfulness of our large team and access our learning and development platform – we encourage people to take control of their own development and we’re proud to have supported many of our team on their journey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Performing tests on software function and usability
  • Reviewing software requirements and changes and creating test scenarios
  • Analysing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
  • Working with the development team to articulate and understand issues
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders and customers to understand requirements
  • Enhancing existing processes and procedures to improve the overall speed and quality of testing
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required
